Special Education Program

At Tomorrow Vijana, we believe that every child has the potential to thrive, regardless of their impairments. That's why we're committed to providing a Special Education Program that offers assessments, coaching, and referrals to primary schools for children in need. Our program is designed to provide enhanced and inclusive education, empowering each child to reach their full potential.

We support over 300 children with impairement per annum as of today 107 of them were able to join formal school. We specialize in the identification and support of children with six mental-related conditions, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, microcephaly, autism, Down syndrome, and hydrocephalus. We then refer these children to specialists and doctors so they may get the help that they need.

We are dedicated to providing education and support for families and caregivers of children with special needs. We offer training for parents, community structures, and teachers to ensure that each child receives the care and guidance they need to flourish.

We provide physical assistance to children with mobility challenges by providing mobility devices such as wheelchairs, CP chairs, standing frames, and walkers. We also train parents on daily stretching exercises to help straighten floppy and stiff muscles in their children.

We are dedicated to helping children with disabilities by providing them with the necessary learning materials needed to excel in academic capacities such as gripping and holding, scribbling and writing, reading, and numeracy. Our goal is to boost their learning capabilities so that they can thrive in the classroom and beyond.
